My practice is centered on adults and adolescents. I have over eight years experience and have worked in many clinical settings, which include primary school and university settings.
I work with people in crisis who are experiencing suicidal ideation and or are experiencing self-harm or have experienced loss due to suicide.
I work from a psychoanalytic perspective, which works with the unconscious mind. I also work from a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) or solution- focused perspective.
I have a BA in Psychology and an MA in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
I also have a professional certificate in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)
I am a registered practitioner with APPI and a member of ICP.
I abide by the ethical guidelines of APPI (Association Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Ireland) and ICP (Irish Council for Psychotherapy)
I am fully insured and keep up to date with Continuous Professional Development.
