The session normally lasts 50 minutes

Normally sessions take place once weekly. Weekly therapy is important for therapy to progress.  

Fees will be agreed in advance with the therapist.

In first appointment you will be asked to speak about what has brought you to therapy, what you feel is important.

Therapy is different for everyone a set number of sessions is not normally, agreed in advance of treatment.  Each client will have the opportunity to discuss their individual treatment with the therapist.

Young adults 12-18. 

Psychotherapy can benefit young adults. Through psychotherapy a young person recieves emotional support,  they learn how to resolve conflict with people and understand feelings and problems and deal with their issues in different ways.
